Missionary Akash Rao remains in jail since June 2009. Please help! Please pray!

Akash Rao, a Gospel for Asia-supported pastor, has been in police custody since June.  He was arrested on suspicion of being connected with a political extremist group that dominates his area.  Read the story here:

Humanly speaking, there seems to be little hope for our brother's release right now, but our God is bigger!  Please fervently lift Akash in prayer today, that he will soon be freed and be able to continue his ministry.  Thankfully, in the midst of this, his church is staying active as another GFA-supported pastor cares for it.

Thank you for standing in the gap for Akash and other laborers like him.
